How to choose the right harness size?

To select the correct harness size, it's important to take accurate measurements:

• Measure your waist circumference (at belly button level) without wearing a wetsuit, using a measuring tape that fits snugly but not too tight.

• If you plan to wear the harness over an impact vest, you should take the measurement while wearing the vest, as it increases your waist size.
